Registration fee for 1 conference delegate:
If paid before 09/30/14 – 100 Euro (or UAN 1500 or USD 140 or 6000 RUR)
If paid after 1/10/14 – 120 Euro (or UAN 1800 or USD 165 or 6000 RUR)
Discounts:
Two or more people from the company : 10% discount
The participation fee includes:
- Participation in the conference as a listener
- Package of distributing materials
- Gala dinner on the first day of the conference
- Lunches in the first and second day of the conference
- Excursion program (optional)
Attention! Accommodation is not included in the participation fee .
Deadlines and payment terms
Registration takes place until October 20, inclusive. Available and more late check , but without any guarantee of a package of handouts .
Payment Terms: 100 % in advance as per the invoice organizer according to the participant’s application .
Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference :
- to 1 September organizer returns 80 % cancellation fee ;
- from September 1 to October 20, the organizer returns 50 % cancellation fee ;
- after October 20 the amount paid is not refundable.
